In addition to Airport Ticket Offices (ATO) Continental also has City Ticket Offices (CTO) in the following cities.

• Honolulu - Ala Moana Center, 1450 Ala Moana Blvd, Suite 2230, Honolulu, HI 96814. Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Closed for Lunch 1:30PM - 2:00PM on Saturday.
• New Jersey - Continental Airlines Arena, Meadowlands Sports Complex, 50 State Route #120, East Rutherford, NJ 07073. Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 5:30PM, Saturday 11:00AM - 4:00PM, Closed for Lunch 11:30AM - 12:00PM.

Reservation offices in the US and Canada are available 24 hours a day. Pass travelers holding tickets valid for space available travel should call the reservations office between the hours of 8:00 PM and 08:00 AM to list their travel at least 24 hours before their flight departure. Offices outside the US and Canada are often staffed only during standard local business hours, therefore, calls may be placed during business hours to make flight listings. Flight listings are necessary as they expedite check-in at the gate and help in planning meals for the flight. Pass travelers without a flight listing for international segments may be denied boarding.
